This is a very nice quality silk scarf featuring a scene of fish swimming about a reef.  The scarf was never used and comes with its original HA & E Smith Ltd Bermuda cardboard package.  Its original folds are still all intact - this scarf was probably bought during the 1960s while on vacation, and never taken out of its package.  The scarf has text on it that reads “Designed by Roy Taylor Bermuda”.  Roy Taylor, from what I could discover, was an avid Bermuda fisherman and painter, who specialized in these reef scenes.  The scarf is hand rolled and measures 27” square and is in excellent condition - I did notice some small separations in the silk near one edge, but I assume that this is original to the making of the scarf as it was obviously never used, very minor in any case.

This is a lovely scarf - wonderful piece for someone who loves fish...
